Lahore: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman will meet Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz today.
According to PML-N spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb, Maulana will meet PML-N leaders today at Jati Umrah as the head of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM).
This is first meeting of Fazlur Rehman with Maryam Nawaz and other party leaders as head of PDM.
Aurangzeb stated that both sides will hold consultations over the registration of treason cases against opposition, arrest of PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif.
The opposition leaders will also discuss future strategy and schedule of rallies.
Maryam Nawaz will host a dinner for Fazal-ur-Rehman.
