ISLAMABAD: Chairman Kashmir Orphan Relief Trust Chaudhry Muhammad Akhtar called on Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan, gave a detailed briefing on the activities of the court and invited the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs to visit the KORT. Assuring the Kort, Chaudhry Mohammad Akhtar, while giving a briefing, told Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ali Mohammad Khan that Kashmir Orphan Relief Trust was providing quality education to the orphans in Mirpur while providing full support to them. Financial assistance to the families of those martyred in the Indian firing and assistance to the victims for the reconstruction of new houses, providing them with rations as well as flood victims and any emergency situation are playing a role in rehabilitating the families of the victims. He said that the KORT is now starting its welfare activities in Mardan and its adjoining areas. The Minister paid homage to the services of the Kort.
