{"id":17246,"date":"2022-03-25T05:06:25","date_gmt":"2022-03-25T05:06:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dailykashmirpost.com\/eng\/?p=17246"},"modified":"2022-03-25T05:06:25","modified_gmt":"2022-03-25T05:06:25","slug":"authorities-to-attach-properties-of-those-providing-shelter-to-mujahideen-in-iiojk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dailykashmirpost.com\/eng\/2022\/03\/25\/authorities-to-attach-properties-of-those-providing-shelter-to-mujahideen-in-iiojk\/","title":{"rendered":"Authorities to attach properties of those providing shelter to mujahideen in IIOJK"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Srinagar, March 25 (): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian authorities have warned that properties of people, providing help to mujahideen and ongoing freedom struggle, will be attached under the black law, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).<\/p>\n<p>The authorities started the process of attaching immovable properties, used to provide shelter to mujahideen, and also the houses where meetings are being held in connection with the ongoing freedom struggle.\u00a0The process of attachment of such properties has been started from Srinagar district in the Kashmir Valley.<\/p>\n<p>The SSP of Srinagar, Rakesh Balwal, told reporters that the houses where encounters took place and houses where \u2018militants\u2019 took shelter and planned attacks on the forces personnel and the civilians, will be attached. \u201cSo far, during 2020-2021, over one dozen such houses have been identified in downtown, Soura, Pantha Chowk, Batmaloo, Nowgam, Harwan etc,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Pertinently, Indian troops are already destroying houses and other properties by using heavy mortar shells and chemical explosives in the territory.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Srinagar, March 25 (): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian authorities have warned that properties of people, providing help to mujahideen and ongoing freedom struggle, will be attached under the black law, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
